Our sustainability efforts span the entire organization and are divided into three overarching focus areas, encompassing environmental and social aspects within the workplace and across our value chain. Community engagement is a vital issue for Apotea. We envision an equitable and inclusive world where everyone has the same opportunities, and we strive to contribute to solutions that benefit the environment. Therefore, Apotea focuses on partnerships with organizations that work for people, health, and the environment.

Reduce and Prevent Environmental and Climate Impact

Throughout our entire value chain, we work to reduce our negative impact on the climate and environment. We do this by reducing unnecessary packaging, using renewable energy, expanding the use of emission-free transportation, and phasing out harmful substances.

Contribute to Better Public Health and Conscious Consumption

We want the range and advice we offer to contribute to a healthier lifestyle, which requires high-quality products and services. By offering a wide selection of environmentally labeled, vegan, and organic products, we aim to make conscious consumption easier.

Engaging Workplace & Social Responsibility

Our social mission is to deliver medicines, health-promoting products, and advice. To fulfill this, we need committed employees who feel good and enjoy their work, which is why we continuously work on systematic workplace health, skills development, and leadership training.

Community Engagement

Together with our customers and partners, we have raised over 150 million SEK for charity over the years. Apotea is a main partner of organizations such as SOS Children's Villages and WWF.
