# Solskydd för ansiktet

Ansiktet är en av de mest utsatta delarna på kroppen när det kommer till exponering för solens UV-strålning. Därför är det viktigt att man skyddar ansiktet med en bra solkräm med en hög solskyddsfaktor. Solskyddskrämer för ansiktet har ofta vårdande egenskaper och har i vissa fall en nedmattande effekt.
Skydda ansiktet ordentligt från solen
Om du brukar sminka dig så är ett tips är att applicera ett lager ansikts solkräm under ditt smink till vardags, eftersom ansiktet utsätts för solens strålar även när du inte aktivt solar. Det är särskilt viktigt att smörja in öron och näsa noga då det är extra lätt att bränna sig på dessa utsatta partier. Vistas du i mycket stark sol rekommenderar vi att du bär keps eller solhatt under de timmar på dagen som solen står allra högst.
