# Hudkräm & Bodylotion

De flesta vill ge huden någon typ av återfuktning efter dusch eller bad. Här finner du vårdande och återfuktande hudkrämer, lotions, oljor och salvor som bidrar till normalisering eller förebyggande av torr hud. Det är inte ovanligt att huden är i behov av återfuktning, speciellt på vintern när huden har en tendens att bli lite extra torr. När man duschar eller badar så kan vattnet och rengöringsprodukten torka ut huden lite, extra vanligt är det om du tvättar dig väldigt ofta eller om du brukar ta långa och varma duschar. Därför kan det vara bra att återfukta huden även i förebyggande syfte, även om du inte har torr hud för tillfället.
Lotion eller salva?
Sprayer, gel och lotions innehåller inte så mycket fett, men är lättare att stryka ut på huden. Krämer och salvor kan vara något mer trögarbetade, men innehåller också mer fett. Om du upplever att du är väldigt torr kan alltså en kräm eller salva passa bra.
