# Hudbesvär

Hudbesvär är vanligt, många drabbas någon gång under livet. Några vanliga hudbesvär är rosacea, eksem eller torr och flagnande hud. Torr hud är vanligt under årets vinterhalvår när luften är kall och torr. Det gör att huden kan klia och strama. Om man kliar sönder hudens skyddande barriär kan det bli en infektion som kan utvecklas till ett besvärligt eksem. Ett eksem börjar ofta med att huden blir torr, fjällig, röd, kliande eller narig. Man kan även få små sår, sprickor eller blödningar om man kliar på eksemet. Du undviker torr hud genom att till exempel använda duscholja istället för tvål till kroppen och använda lotion eller kräm till ansiktet istället för gel eller mousse. Tillsätt även fuktighetsbevarande produkter och skyddande oljor efter hudtvätt.
Hudbesvären kan uppstå i olika skeden av livet och orsakas av många olika faktorer. Stress, dålig kosthållning och kyla är exempel på bidragande faktorer till hudbesvären.
