# Förbandsmaterial

Söker du förbandsmaterial för första hjälpen så finner du det här. Behöver du stöd vid en skada av leder, muskler eller ligament kan en kompressionsbinda, gasbinda eller elastisk stödbinda vara till stor hjälp. För ytterligare lindring kan du med fördel komplettera med ett kylspray eller en kylpåse En sporttejp kan hjälpa dig som behöver begränsa rörligheten efter att ha skadat leder, muskler eller ligament.
Förband vid svullnad
Om du fått en svullnad på ett område till följd av till exempel en stukning eller muskelbristning är det bra att direkt lägga på ett förband för att minska svullnaden. Spänn då den elastiska bindan maximalt runt varje varv och låt sitta i cirka 15 minuter. Ta sedan bort förbandet. Om du upplever att det lindade området börjar domna bort ska du genast ta bort förbandet.
