# Akne

Akne är ett vanligt hudbesvär som är ofarligt, men som kan kännas väldigt jobbigt. I denna kategori hittar du produkter som behandlar, rengör, täcker och återfuktar. Varför får man akne?
Akne eller finnar beror på att det blivit en inflammation i talgkörtlarna, och personer med mycket akne har ofta en ökad talgbildning och försämrad förnyelse av hudceller. Ofta får man akne i tonåren, och det minskar oftast efter tonåren. Akne beror ofta på ärftlighet eller hormonförändringar, därför kan det vara svårt att förebygga akne.

Du bör undvika att klämma och pilla på finnarna då det kan göra aknen värre snarare än bättre. Rengör och behandla även huden med rätt produkter anpassade för akne.
